• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our infrastructure.

3. Safety Warning and User Responsibility

Driving is dangerous. Use this Service at your own risk.

Navigation Aid Only:

This Service is a navigation aid only and is not a substitute for driver attentiveness and good judgment.

Observe Road Conditions:

Always obey posted road signs, traffic signals, and local laws. If the route suggestions provided by the Service conflict with road signs or local conditions, the signs and conditions always take precedence.

Avoid Distraction:

Do not interact with the Service while driving in a way that diverts your attention from the road.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We provide the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any map data, route suggestions, or estimated travel times. Road conditions, weather, and traffic patterns can change rapidly and may not be reflected in our calculations.

Our Service integrates data and technology from third parties, including OpenStreetMap (OSM).

Third-Party Terms:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the European law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the routing data.
• Your failure to observe road signs or traffic laws.
• Any accidents, injuries, or property damage sustained while following a route suggested by the Service.
• The temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
